About the Conference
The 2023 Pacific Northwest GI and Liver Update will deliver focused educational updates highlighting clinically relevant advances in the management of patients with chronic liver disease (CLD) and gastrointestinal (GI) disorders. The conference will feature an interactive format to enhance the educational impact. Renowned hepatologists and gastroenterologists will serve as program faculty and will review state of the art developments in GI disorders and CLD. The forum will deliver emerging science and incorporate expert opinions on best practices for the diagnosis and management of patients with CLD and GI disorders.

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners involved in the care of patients with gastrointestinal disorders and chronic liver disease.
Statement of Need
The goal of this program is to provide important clinical and scientific data on the management of gastrointestinal disorders and chronic liver disease.
Upon completion of this symposium, participants should be better able to:
- Describe current guidelines for the diagnosis and management of CLD and GI disorders
- Employ an evidence-based approach to the management of CLD and GI disorders
- Identify new advances presented at major congresses and assess their potential impact on clinical practice
